Sydney is 105km to the north by road or hop on a train from Albion Park Rail station and be in the Sydney CBD in around an hour and 45 minutes.

The existing village of Albion Park with its major supermarket, cafes, shops and local businesses is ideally located for picking up essential supplies on the way home. Slightly further afield, Stockland Shellharbour in the Shellharbour City Centre and Dapto Mall offer a more extensive selection of major and boutique retailers.

Being located in the third largest urban area in NSW, Calderwood Valley also offers access to major services, professional services and hospitals, not to mention some of the region's most popular tourist attractions.

Education essentials

Calderwood Valley residents are spoilt for choice regarding education options, with a range of public and private schools easily accessible plus specialised and faith-based schools across the region.

Within a 4km radius you'll find Albion Park Public and Tullimbar Public Schools, Albion Park High, St Josephs Catholic High School and the Prep to Year 12 Calderwood Christian School. Future plans for two primary schools, a high school and a childcare centre in Calderwood Valley Estate will make school drop-offs even more convenient.

TAFE NSW's Illawarra Yallah campus is a short drive away and the University of Wollongong (just 26km away) offers more than 300 courses taught by leading industry professionals.
